Lead and manage operational due diligence workstreams, focusing on cost structures, margin drivers, and performance.

Identify and quantify value creation opportunities such as cost reduction, pricing strategies, productivity enhancements, and working capital improvements.

Support M&A deals by identifying and tracking synergies, and develop robust financial models for revenue, EBITDA, cost benchmarking, and unit economics.

Manage project execution, ensuring timely planning and delivery, and act as a key liaison between onshore teams and clients.

Lead and mentor Associate and Consultant teams, providing quality reviews and supporting capability development in value creation methodologies.

A professional qualification such as CA or an MBA in Finance is preferred.

Possess approximately 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.

Demonstrate strong experience in operational due diligence, value creation, cost optimization, or business performance improvement.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis is essential.

Prior exposure to the M&A lifecycle, carve-outs, or integration processes is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
