We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and manage critical workstreams within deal and value creation execution. This role is instrumental in identifying and quantifying value creation levers, supporting M&A activities, and developing robust business plans. You will work closely with senior leadership and client teams to deliver impactful insights and strategic roadmaps.

Lead and manage operational due diligence (ODD) workstreams, focusing on cost structures, margin drivers, and operational performance. Identify and quantify key value creation opportunities, including cost reduction, pricing strategies, productivity enhancements, and working capital optimization. Provide support for synergy identification and tracking throughout the M&A lifecycle. Develop and review comprehensive standalone cost models, carve-out analyses, and business plans. Construct sophisticated financial models for revenue, EBITDA, cost benchmarking, and unit economics. Conduct detailed peer benchmarking and performance diagnostics to inform strategic decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling value creation plans. Support the creation of critical 100-day plans and transformation roadmaps. Effectively manage project execution, ensuring adherence to planning, tracking, and delivery timelines. Serve as a primary liaison between onshore teams and clients, fostering strong relationships. Collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors on hypothesis development and narrative construction. Ensure the quality and insightfulness of team outputs, preparing them for client presentation.

This role requires a professional with approximately 5–8 years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.

A strong background in Operational Due Diligence (ODD), value creation initiatives, cost optimization, or business performance improvement is essential.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis is a prerequisite.

Preferred qualifications include a CA or MBA (Finance) designation.

Prior exposure to the M&A lifecycle, carve-outs, or integration processes is advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
