As a Manager in Value Creation, you will lead Deal and Value Creation Execution by managing ODD workstreams, identifying and quantifying value levers, and supporting M&A synergy tracking. You will conduct in-depth Financial and Operational Analysis, developing robust financial models and translating data into actionable insights. Effective Project and Stakeholder Management is key, requiring you to manage project execution, act as a liaison with onshore teams and clients, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will excel in Team Leadership and Capability Building, guiding junior team members and driving the adoption of best practices in value creation methodologies.

This role requires approximately 5-8 years of experience, ideally within Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy. A strong background in ODD, value creation, cost optimization, or business performance improvement is essential. Candidates should possess advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis. Experience with the M&A lifecycle, carve-outs, or integration is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are paramount. A CA or MBA (Finance) qualification is preferred.
