As a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, you will be instrumental in steering and executing financial due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business intricacies, pinpoint critical risks and opportunities, and deliver insights that bolster their strategic goals.

Spearhead and manage financial due diligence assignments for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Analyze target companies' financial and operational performance to identify key trends, challenges, and drivers of historical and future earnings. Develop and meticulously review comprehensive financial due diligence reports, focusing on quality of earnings, working capital, and debt-related items. Collaborate with other EY service lines, including IT, Cyber, and operational due diligence, to offer holistic transaction advisory services. Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships, ensuring superior client service and satisfaction. Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development. Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and strengthening industry connections.

Possess a professional accounting or finance qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or an equivalent. Accumulate a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience specifically within financial due diligence or a closely related domain. Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience in managing teams and projects effectively. Exhibit exceptional analytical, research, and financial modeling proficiencies. Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information.
