As a Manager in EYP Commercial Strategy, you will be instrumental in creating client value. This involves developing and delivering data-driven commercial strategies by combining expertise in commercial analytics with business transformation. Design, develop, and implement complex, end-to-end analytical solutions and models to enhance client commercial functions. Foster strong relationships with EY offices globally, understanding and sharing regional practices to ensure high user satisfaction with engagement processes and work products. Innovate and develop industry-leading Machine Learning and AI toolkits to standardize service offerings and drive efficiency.

Translate ambiguous commercial challenges into structured analytical scopes and actionable delivery plans. Take ownership of the end-to-end quality of all analytics deliverables, meticulously validating logic, framing insights, and communicating findings effectively to executive-level stakeholders. Lead and mentor analytics teams, guiding them in delivering high-quality insights while simultaneously building sustainable internal capabilities and robust partner relationships.

A postgraduate degree, such as an MBA or in Statistics, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is required. Suitable consulting or corporate experience is essential. Proficiency in translating technical methodologies into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders is crucial.

Demonstrate the ability to identify risks and areas of opportunity within client projects. You will be responsible for developing internal team capabilities, including the creation of standard analytic solutions and assets. Strong coding skills in Python or R, along with expertise in SQL (including T-SQL), Power BI, and Advanced Excel with VBA are necessary.

Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS is expected. Familiarity with AI development and orchestration, including Agentic and RAG models, utilizing libraries such as Langchain and Langgraph, is highly valued. The capacity to adapt to new challenges and embrace innovative ideas is key. You will lead teams of analysts and data scientists, critically reviewing analytical logic, guiding insight development, and ensuring outputs are executive-ready. Strong written and verbal communication skills are paramount, along with a willingness to undertake international travel as business needs dictate.
