Join EY-Parthenon's global strategy consulting practice as an Associate Director, spearheading AI-led business transformations. This pivotal role bridges strategy, AI, generative AI, data analytics, and digital transformation to drive value creation. You will collaborate with EY-Parthenon leadership and client executives to shape enterprise AI strategies, uncover growth and efficiency opportunities, establish robust AI governance, and manage large-scale AI transformation programs.

This position is instrumental in developing EY-Parthenon’s AI Strategy capabilities within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), supporting client pursuits, thought leadership, innovation, and high-impact transformation projects. Lead enterprise-scale AI strategy engagements for Fortune 500 and PE-backed organizations, advising C-suite executives on AI-driven growth and operational improvements. Develop AI and Generative AI roadmaps aligned with business objectives, conduct maturity assessments, and define target operating models.

Advise on AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases, design value realization frameworks, and consult on Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging technologies. Implement Responsible AI frameworks, establish AI governance, and assess AI-related risks, including data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Partner with value creation teams to identify AI-enabled EBITDA improvements, support due diligence, and develop AI-led transformation opportunities. Drive business development efforts, lead proposal development, and build reusable AI strategy methodologies.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor consultants, and foster an innovation-led culture. Manage multiple large consulting engagements independently, own senior client relationships, and drive complex workstreams with minimal oversight.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, technology, analytics, or digital transformation is essential. This includes over 5 years leading enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or transformation programs and demonstrated experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders. A strong understanding of strategic planning and business transformation, coupled with experience leading global and distributed teams, is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in strategy consulting firms, supporting Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or Value Creation engagements. Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI governance, data strategy, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and cloud-based AI platforms is highly advantageous.

Educationally, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field is necessary. An MBA from a reputable institution or a Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Analytics, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
