You will be involved across the entire transaction lifecycle, from pre-sign diligence to post-close execution, helping clients solve intricate supply chain challenges and develop innovative, resilient solutions.
Manage engagements of varying sizes, addressing critical client supply chain issues and supporting key decision-makers in transaction strategy. Lead projects spanning multiple supply chain functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) in both deal and non-deal scenarios, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with US SCM teams and EY offices globally. Contribute to larger Strategy and Transactions projects, identifying potential supply chain interventions and developing market-driven solutions. Support business development initiatives and create thought leadership content.
Mentor and manage supply chain consultants and analysts, developing their expertise and ensuring high-quality project output. Provide strategic insights based on industry knowledge and best practices, leveraging expertise in transactions, synergy assessments, and deal implementation.

Demonstrated experience in running cost transformation programs across direct and indirect categories is essential. A solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle, including carve-out and integration processes post-transaction announcement, is expected.
