You will also assess and design Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, conduct cyber maturity assessments, develop data security strategies, and advise on detection and incident response capabilities. This role involves managing engagements, supporting key decision-makers, and contributing to business development activities, including preparing pursuit materials and developing thought leadership.

To excel in this role, a postgraduate degree in business management from a premier institute is required, coupled with 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience. At least 4 years must be focused on Transaction Strategy, Cybersecurity Strategy, or Technology Transformation within a top-tier consulting firm. Essential qualifications include extensive experience in leading large IT project execution, a deep understanding of one or more cybersecurity domains (frameworks, compliance, architecture), and experience with cyber maturity models. Familiarity with the technology aspects of the transaction lifecycle, including post-deal management for divestitures and acquisitions, is crucial. Proven business development experience and strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous.
