Manage key engagements and workstreams, assisting clients in developing and executing effective transaction strategies to secure deal value. Lead projects across various technology functions such as applications, data, cyber, and infrastructure, in both deal and non-deal scenarios.

Establish robust communication channels with regional partners and cultivate strong relationships with EY offices globally. Drive user satisfaction with engagement processes and deliverables. Engage in larger SaT projects, identifying and pitching potential technology interventions.

Analyze market trends to develop innovative solutions and services. Create impactful Point of View documents to support business development. Provide strategic insights grounded in technology, industry, and functional expertise, leveraging experience in transaction synergy assessment and deal implementation.

A postgraduate business management degree from a premier institution is required, complemented by 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience. Candidates must possess at least 4 years of experience in Transaction Strategy, Technology Strategy, or Technology Transformation within a top-tier consulting firm.

Demonstrated experience in the technology facets of the transaction lifecycle, including Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Carveouts, is essential. This includes hands-on experience in IT Due Diligence, Cyber Diligence, and Technology Diligence.

Proven experience in post-deal transaction lifecycle management for both separation and integration scenarios is expected. This encompasses separation/integration planning, standalone model development and costing, application/infrastructure/data separation, cutover management, TSA costing and exit, day-1 planning, and logical separation. Expertise in Technology Strategy areas such as cost optimization, business management, IT budget forecasting, chargeback models, cloud economics and financial management, value realization, and IT organization sizing is also required.

Experience with Business Development activities, including RFPs, opportunity pursuits, and winning significant deals, is a key qualification.
