This Manager role focuses on the energy and oil & gas sectors, requiring expertise in strategy, operations, and client engagement. You will lead projects aimed at enhancing logistics, operating models, and market entry strategies for clients in these critical industries.

Lead strategic projects and workstreams focused on operating models, go-to-market strategies, and feasibility studies within the energy and oil & gas sectors. Drive transformation initiatives for oil & gas logistics, collaborating with EY MENA stakeholders to develop proposals and presentations for government clients. Conduct in-depth market research, utilizing analytical tools and unstructured data to identify innovative solutions. Develop data-driven strategies by assessing technology infrastructure and identifying areas for improvement. Manage multiple projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Present research findings and recommend strategic alternatives based on market analysis and financial assessments. Travel to the region as required and work collaboratively with engagement teams to ensure project success. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while ensuring process compliance and accurate reporting.

Possess 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, and client management, specifically within the energy or oil & gas sectors, with significant exposure to senior leadership. Demonstrate proficiency in applying strategy consulting tools, including financial modeling and C-suite presentations. Experience in leading and mentoring teams is essential. A strategic mindset and issue-based problem-solving skills are required to address complex business challenges. Strong business acumen, coupled with knowledge of industry trends and innovations, is key to driving actionable client outcomes. Proven experience engaging with C-level executives, particularly CEOs and Chief Strategy Officers, is highly valued. Expertise in operating model strategy, digital transformation, pricing, and performance management frameworks is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital. Must be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking on significant responsibility.
