Drive and manage complex restructuring projects, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality deliverables. Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify critical trends and actionable insights. Assess financial information and contribute to formulating EY's expert perspective for stakeholders. Identify liquidity concerns and areas of financial distress, proposing strategies for working capital optimization and cash flow forecasting. Evaluate revenue and cost dynamics to recommend effective performance enhancement measures. Conduct thorough market and company-specific research, both qualitative and quantitative. Synthesize research findings into clear, impactful reports and presentations for internal teams and clients. Monitor and enhance client service delivery by guiding team members and fostering a culture of excellence.

A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountancy or an MBA in Finance from a premier institution is required. Possess 5-7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in areas like Financial Diligence or Independent Business Review, ideally within a Big 4 firm. Experience in Management Consultancy, preferably with a Big 4 firm, or within large Indian corporates with a background in restructuring, analytics, financial modeling, or corporate finance is highly valued. Demonstrate hands-on experience in restructuring services, transactional understanding, performance improvement, distressed M&A, and insolvency/bankruptcy, coupled with strong analytical skills. Possess excellent knowledge of company and industry research, economic analysis, and financial statements. Experience working with clients in a global context is essential. Proven ability to identify risks and opportunities, assess findings, and communicate insights effectively. Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior client management. Strong problem-solving, project management, and facilitation capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and people management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including proficiency in developing final client presentations.
