Lead and contribute to complex restructuring engagements, involving in-depth analysis of financial and operational results. Evaluate financial information, identify liquidity issues, and propose working capital improvements. Develop and review cash flow projection models and business plans. Identify revenue and cost drivers to suggest performance enhancement strategies. Conduct thorough market and company research, synthesizing findings into comprehensive reports. Enhance client service by guiding team members and driving service delivery excellence. Support business development initiatives, sector activation, and proposal creation.

We are seeking candidates with a Chartered Accountancy qualification or an MBA in Finance from a premier institution, possessing 5-7 years of post-qualification experience. Prior experience in management consulting, preferably with Big 4 firms or financial analytics companies, is highly valued. Experience within large Indian corporates focusing on restructuring activities, financial analytics, modeling, and corporate finance is also preferred. A strong understanding of transactional environments, including restructuring services, distressed M&A, insolvency, and bankruptcy, coupled with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, is essential. Proficiency in financial statement analysis, market research, and client interaction at senior management levels is required.
