Lead and manage intricate restructuring engagements, analyzing both financial and operational performance of companies. Evaluate financial data to formulate EY's perspective on financial information. Identify liquidity risks and distress areas, proposing strategies for working capital enhancement and developing/reviewing cash flow projection models and business plans. Analyze revenue and cost drivers to suggest performance improvements. Conduct thorough market and company research, synthesizing findings into comprehensive reports. Drive service excellence by guiding team members and monitoring client satisfaction. Contribute to business development through sector activation and proposal support.
We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in financial restructuring, performance improvement, insolvency, bankruptcy, and distressed M&A. A strong understanding of transaction environments, quantitative and qualitative analysis, company and industry research, and financial statements is essential. Proven experience in client interaction with senior management, alongside excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, is required. A Chartered Accountancy or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution, coupled with 5-7 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in management consulting (preferably Big 4) or large Indian corporates with a focus on restructuring, analytics, financial modeling, and corporate finance, is mandatory.
