We leverage our global network to provide expert advice and actionable strategies for businesses experiencing financial distress or underperformance.

Lead complex financial restructuring engagements, analyzing financial and operational performance. Evaluate financial data to support EY's assessment of client financial information. Identify liquidity issues and opportunities for working capital improvement, including cash flow projection models and business plans.

Analyze revenue and cost drivers to suggest performance enhancements. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on markets and target companies. Prepare comprehensive reports synthesizing findings and present insights to stakeholders. Guide team members to measure, monitor, and improve client service delivery and drive excellence.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with expertise in financial restructuring, performance improvement, insolvency, bankruptcy, and distressed M&A. Candidates should possess a strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, with hands-on experience in restructuring services and transactional understanding.

Possess an excellent grasp of company, industry, and economic research, alongside proficiency in financial statement analysis. Experience working with global clients and interacting with senior management is essential. Strong problem-solving, project management, and facilitation skills are required, along with excellent people management and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in written and verbal communication, including developing presentations, is crucial.
