EY Parthenon is seeking a Manager for its Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Real Estate practice. As a Manager in SaT Real Estate, your primary focus will be executing commercial real estate investment and transaction mandates. You will conduct valuations of commercial properties and portfolios to support investment decisions, due diligence, and transaction structuring. Building and maintaining complex financial models to assess investment returns and capital strategies is crucial. You will advise on real estate investment strategies, analyze market trends, and support due diligence processes.

Key responsibilities include: - Working on diverse real estate engagements focusing on investment analysis, transaction advisory, and capital markets. - Conducting commercial real estate asset and portfolio valuations. - Building and maintaining complex financial models. - Advising on real estate investment strategies and portfolio optimization. - Analyzing market trends and economic indicators. - Sourcing and interpreting financial and industry data. - Supporting buy-side and sell-side real estate due diligence. - Monitoring Canadian commercial real estate market trends. - Preparing client-ready presentations and investment memoranda. - Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal writing and relationship management.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance specialization. A minimum of 9-10 years of direct work experience in real estate valuation projects is required, with a preference for commercial real estate experience, particularly in investment, capital markets, or transaction advisory.

Essential qualifications include: - Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, valuation methodologies, and investment drivers. - Proven experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and transaction support. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.

Experience within a Big 4 accounting firm will be advantageous. Ideally, you will also possess people management skills and exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
