As a Manager, you will guide clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, from initial strategy to deal closure. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, preparing compelling client materials, and executing transactions across a diverse client base, including mid-sized corporations, multinational investors, and private equity firms.

Lead client interactions and delivery of M&A advisory services to Global EYP leaders, coordinating directly with onshore teams.

Manage the entire M&A deal lifecycle, from origination to closure, encompassing transaction screening, proposal development, due diligence, investor communications, and valuation analysis.

Develop financial models, manage teams of 4-5 individuals, and foster their professional development.

Drive service excellence by measuring, monitoring, and improving client satisfaction through close collaboration and team guidance.

Oversee multiple medium-sized projects, ensuring teams focus on key priorities and deliver high-quality service aligned with client needs.

A strong background in Transaction (M&A) Advisory or Corporate Finance is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in preparing pitch books, conducting industry and company research, developing opportunity papers, information memorandums, and creating financial models.

Proficiency in valuation principles and financial statement analysis, complemented by robust financial research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with familiarity with research databases like Capital IQ and OneSource.

An MBA, PG Diploma in Finance, CFA Level 3 passed, or CA designation is required, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
