As an Associate Manager in EYP CDA, you will provide crucial Transaction Advisory services to Global SaT leaders, taking ownership of client interactions and delivery. Your responsibilities include managing the entire M&A and debt raise lifecycle, from deal origination to closure. This involves debt screening, proposal development, pitch book creation, financial modeling, and capital structure analysis.

You will also lead and mentor a team of 2-3 individuals, focusing on their development and performance. A key aspect of this role is ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and efficient project management across defined geographical areas. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and resource allocation is also essential.

We are looking for an Associate Manager with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally holding an MBA, PG Diploma in Finance, CFA Level 3, or CA qualification. Strong experience in Transactions (Debt Advisory) or Corporate Finance is crucial, complemented by expertise in preparing detailed capital structure analyses, lender presentations, and credit analysis.

Proficiency in financial research and analytical skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication, is vital. Familiarity with research databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Reuters is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to knowledge sharing, and a commitment to building team spirit. Exposure to AI/Tech tools like Copilot, VBA, Power BI, Think-cell, or SharePoint is a significant advantage.
