As an Assistant Manager in EYP GDS M&A, you will deliver M&A Advisory services to global EYP leaders, leading client interactions and fostering relationships with onshore teams. You will manage the complete M&A deal lifecycle, from origination and screening to proposal development, pitch books, industry research, valuation analysis, and Information Memorandum creation. Responsibilities include leading a small team, mentoring members, identifying development needs, ensuring quality service delivery, and managing medium-sized projects while focusing on key priorities. Collaboration with internal and external clients to enhance processes and analyzing resource needs across locations are also key aspects of this role. International travel for assignments may be required.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with robust experience in Transaction (M&A) Advisory or Corporate Finance. Essential skills include strong M&A research capabilities, expertise in preparing pitch books, industry and company research, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums, and financial models. A solid understanding of valuation principles, financial statement analysis, and strong financial research and analytical skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with research databases like Capital IQ and OneSource, and the ability to efficiently source information are crucial.
