As a Manager in our Strategy & Execution team, you will spearhead Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives, guiding clients through complex cybersecurity, IAM, and PAM engagements. You will lead client discussions, translating business needs into practical solutions and advising senior executives.

Key responsibilities include developing enterprise PAM strategies and architectures, defining Zero Trust aligned target states, and architecting leading PAM platform implementations. You will assess complex PAM environments, identify risks, and recommend remediation strategies. Additionally, you will lead cyber due diligence, support post-deal integration and separation, and define PAM operating models and governance frameworks. You will also provide architecture assurance for PAM and wider IAM programs, manage engagement scope, and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.

We are seeking an experienced PAM professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience. A B.Tech. or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Cybersecurity is required, with an MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute being preferred. Strong expertise in defining enterprise PAM strategies, operating models, architecture standards, and Zero Trust transformations across IT, cloud, and OT environments is essential.

You must possess strong architecture and delivery experience with at least one leading PAM platform, such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea. Proven experience leading PAM implementation, migration, or transformation workstreams, along with a deep understanding of privileged-access controls for human and non-human accounts, is crucial. Relevant security, architecture, or PAM certifications are advantageous.
