Assess complex IAM environments to identify control gaps and define remediation actions. Lead cyber due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, evaluating IAM maturity and identifying value-creation opportunities. Define practical integration and separation approaches for tenants, directories, and applications, ensuring secure access continuity and clear governance.
A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Cybersecurity is required. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute is preferred. You must possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in IAM strategy, architecture, consulting, or transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex client workstreams. Strong experience in developing IAM strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps is essential. Hands-on architecture or delivery experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, alongside a leading IGA, PAM, or access-management platform, is mandatory. Experience leading IAM transformation or migration workstreams and supporting acquisitions, integrations, or separations is also required.
