Join EY as a Manager in our Digital Infrastructure practice, a dynamic part of the IDD group. This role offers a unique chance to contribute significantly to the growth of our Digital Infra practice while working with leading private equity and corporate clients. You will be instrumental in evaluating investment opportunities across datacenters, wireline, wireless, and related sub-sectors, driving key workstreams from inception to final recommendations with a hands-on approach.

Lead commercial diligence and growth strategy engagements using an "answer-first" approach. Independently manage critical diligence workstreams, including market assessment, competitive analysis, and supply/demand evaluations. Develop hypotheses, structure analyses, mentor junior team members, and synthesize findings into actionable client recommendations. Conduct in-depth market and value chain analyses within Digital Infra, identifying growth drivers and risks. Support business development and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.

Possess 7-9 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Commercial Due Diligence, or Transaction Strategy, preferably with top-tier consulting firms. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Digital Infra markets and business models, including datacenter, wireline, and wireless segments. Proven ability to manage workstreams autonomously, supervise analysts, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision. Strong commercial acumen is essential for assessing markets, competitors, and value chains to identify investment opportunities and risks.
