Join EY-P's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Infrastructure Advisory team as an Assistant Manager/Associate Manager. You'll contribute to global infrastructure advisory practices, focusing on consulting services for projects in transport, health and human services, and power & utilities sectors. The team supports both government and private sector clients worldwide, collaborating with EY practices across Oceania, US, Canada, UKI, Western Europe, Maghreb, and Singapore.

This role involves deep engagement with regulatory frameworks, service delivery, and business development support. You'll work on diverse projects, requiring a strong understanding of sector-specific regulations and a proactive approach to client needs. EY offers a culture that fosters professional growth, collaboration, and building an exceptional career.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle. Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations, conducting thorough research and data collection to inform analyses within public and private sectors.

Develop and present Regulatory Due Diligence (Reg DD) reports, demonstrating a robust understanding of infrastructure and energy sector regulatory frameworks. This includes mapping key regulatory drivers, assessing risks and opportunities, and performing regulatory scenario analysis.

Engage in regulatory modelling, comparative benchmarking, and applying methodologies like Regulated Asset Base (RAB) and WACC. Deep dive into concession contracts and understand their commercial, regulatory, and operational implications. Analyze procurement strategies, tendering processes, and bid evaluation for large infrastructure projects, PPPs, and concessions.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure sector, specifically within transport, health and human services, or power and utilities industries, is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in conducting high-quality research and producing comprehensive written reports is crucial. Experience in financial modelling within the infrastructure sector is highly desirable.

Candidates should possess exceptional business writing, research, and financial modelling skills. Proven ability to independently lead and deliver regulatory due diligence reports is expected. Strong understanding of regulatory policies and frameworks, combined with experience in either transport, health and human services, or power and utilities sectors, is necessary. Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint is a mandatory requirement.
