As a Manager in AI/GenAI within our Data and Analytics team, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering cutting-edge client solutions. Our multi-disciplinary team excels in Data Mining & Management, Visualization, Business Analytics, Automation, Statistical Insights, and AI/GenAI, serving a diverse range of countries and industry sectors.

Spearhead the development, review, and implementation of solutions utilizing AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Develop APIs using Python to enhance functionality.

Lead the creation and deployment of Generative AI applications, integrating both open-source (e.g., Llama, BERT, Dolly) and proprietary (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, MS Azure Cognitive Services, Google's PaLM, Cohere) Large Language Models (LLMs).

Apply advanced models such as GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Llama, and BERT for sophisticated natural language processing and creative content generation. Design and optimize solutions leveraging vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval crucial for LLMs.

Understand intricate business and sector needs to identify opportunities for analytics application. Manage large to mid-size projects, ensuring seamless service delivery across assigned products, engagements, and geographies. Collaborate with project managers to assess resource needs and identify potential gaps, devising strategic solutions.

Provide expert reviews for all projects within your domain. Foster effective communication with cross-functional and cross-competency teams. Drive Go-to-Market strategies and manage stakeholder relationships.

A proven track record of guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and effectively communicating findings to clients is essential. Familiarity with implementing solutions within the Azure Cloud Framework is highly desirable.

Possess 9-14 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning models, with a preference for deployment experience in Azure. Expertise in statistical techniques including Linear and Non-Linear Regression, Classification, Optimization, Forecasting, and Text Analytics is required.

Demonstrate familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms, along with proficiency in popular AI/ML frameworks. A minimum of 4 years of experience with NLG, LLM, and DL techniques is necessary, alongside a strong understanding of deep learning and neural network techniques.

Exhibit expertise in implementing applications using both open-source and proprietary LLM models. Proficiency with Langchain-type orchestrators or similar Generative AI workflow management tools is a key requirement. Minimum of 5-8 years of programming experience in Python is mandatory.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and principles of product development. Willingness to mentor team members and demonstrate strong thoughtfulness, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
