Join EY's Data and Analytics team as an Associate Manager specializing in AI/GenAI. This role involves developing and delivering cutting-edge client solutions across data mining, visualization, business analytics, automation, and AI/GenAI. This position focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, deep learning, and LLM models for Generative AI. You will be instrumental in creating industry-specific solutions, particularly within financial services, consumer goods, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, telecom, and real estate sectors. These solutions will align with EY's mergers and acquisition methodologies.

Develop and implement sophisticated solutions using AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, along with Python-based APIs. Lead the creation of Generative AI applications, leveraging both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly) and proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT, MS Azure Cognitive Services, and Google's PaLM. Utilize advanced models such as GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 for natural language processing and content generation. Design and optimize solutions with Vector databases for efficient data retrieval. Identify business and sector opportunities for analytics applications. Manage large to mid-size projects, ensuring smooth delivery. Collaborate with project managers on resource needs and guide project teams. Provide expert reviews and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 9-14 years of experience is required in developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning models, with a preference for Azure deployment. You should have a strong background in applying statistical techniques like regression, classification, optimization, forecasting, and text analytics. Familiarity with deep learning algorithms and AI/ML frameworks is essential, including at least 4 years of experience with NLG, LLM, and DL techniques.

Proficiency in Python programming is critical, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product development principles is necessary. Expertise in implementing applications using both open-source and proprietary LLM models, along with proficiency in orchestrators like Langchain, is highly valued. The role also requires experience guiding AI/Data Science project teams and communicating results to clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities, are a must.
