Lead engagement teams in delivering expert Business Modelling services to support critical decision-making for clients regarding transactions, financing, and operations.

Translate client needs into robust financial models that inform corporate finance decisions.

Participate in modelling for mergers, acquisitions, project feasibility studies, corporate restructuring, valuations, and corporate strategy initiatives.

Proactively identify and address challenges within project execution, proposing effective strategies.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by mentoring colleagues and advancing your own expertise.

Take accountability for project outcomes while promoting collaborative teamwork.

Cultivate and maintain strong, positive client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Demonstrated experience in reviewing and constructing complex financial models using MS Excel and VBA.

A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business, complemented by 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Financial Modelling and Valuation, or a Corporate Finance role, ideally involving debt-raising activities.

Advanced knowledge in sectors such as Industrials, Automotive, Consumer Products, Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Private Equity, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or Capital Markets is advantageous.

Experience building data processing tools with R or Python for corporate finance modelling is a plus.

Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within budget and schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Progress towards or achievement of a CFA, FRM, PRM, or PMP designation is highly desirable, with an expectation of completion.
