Lead critical transaction engagements, including integrations, separations, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Manage multiple client workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Develop and review essential transaction work products like operational due diligence, synergy assessments, and 100-day plans. Design robust PMO structures and governance frameworks. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations through rigorous analysis. Create executive-level presentations and reports to guide key decisions. Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Lead and mentor engagement teams, fostering quality and performance. Contribute to business development through proposal support and thought leadership. Collaborate with global EY teams to deliver integrated solutions. Conduct performance reviews and mentor junior members to support their career growth.

A postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science from a reputable institution is required. A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in M&A, integration, separation, carve-outs, transformation, or transaction advisory is essential. Proven experience leading transaction engagements and managing client stakeholders is necessary. Expertise in delivering transaction work products such as operational due diligence, standalone cost assessment, or synergy realization is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, are crucial. Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is beneficial. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel across the MENA region and internationally are mandatory.
