We are looking for a Manager with significant experience in the M&A lifecycle, business carve-out/integration post-transaction, and cross-border M&A. A Post Graduate degree from a premier institute in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field is required, complemented by 4-7 years of relevant industry or consulting experience. Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and research databases, along with strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including carve-out and integration phases, and cross-border transactions. The ability to identify risks and opportunities, synthesize approaches to complex conflicts, and adapt to new challenges is crucial. Excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities, are expected. Willingness for international travel as required.
