As a Manager, you will lead high-impact deal management projects. Your core responsibilities include defining project scope with onshore teams, managing separation and integration engagements, and overseeing project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster their career development. Additionally, you’ll co-lead business development efforts, identify new opportunities, support proposal creation, and drive process improvements. You will also conduct industry research, collaborate with global EY teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through effective engagement management.

We are seeking Managers with 8-10 years of experience in M&A, integration, and separation post-transaction, with a strong background in cross-border M&A. A deep understanding of industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, TMT, CPR, Industrials, and Energy is crucial. A postgraduate degree from a premier institution in business or engineering is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with an understanding of GenAI/AI capabilities, is essential. The role may involve international travel. Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and negotiation skills are expected, as is experience with people management and team leadership. Familiarity with analytical tools like Power BI and Alteryx is advantageous.
