Within the Transaction Support and Execution (TSE) team, we offer comprehensive, operationally focused advisory services throughout the transaction lifecycle for both buyers and sellers. Our expertise spans divestitures, carve-out readiness, operational due diligence, synergy planning and delivery, day-one readiness, 100-day planning, integration support, carve-out cost assessment, and cost reduction strategies. Our professionals engage in transactions and business development initiatives worldwide.

Drive project execution with excellence, encompassing synergy assessment, effective project management, strategic problem-solving, and facilitation. Cultivate strong relationships with EY offices globally, understanding and applying regional best practices to ensure high client satisfaction. Actively participate in business development efforts, including the creation of compelling presentations for client and internal meetings. Oversee the execution of carve-out and integration plans, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement and resolving integration challenges.

Develop comprehensive work products that meticulously document engagement procedures against defined objectives. Lead client engagement teams in delivering TSE services, empowering key decision-makers to shape and execute transaction strategies for optimal deal value. Provide insightful guidance on projects and mentor a team of TSE professionals, fostering their development. Conduct timely performance reviews and contribute to professional growth through effective feedback and training, leading by example. Proactively identify business development opportunities and support Partners and Senior Managers with proposals and new business initiatives.

Demonstrate hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including post-announcement business carve-outs and integrations, as well as cross-border M&A. Prior exposure to the Energy or Life Sciences sectors is advantageous. Possess substantial financial analysis experience from pre- and post-deal transactions, adeptly linking operational insights to P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet performance. Develop in-depth sector and company analysis aligned with EY's Capital Agenda approach. Exhibit a strong ability to identify risks and opportunities, along with the skill to synthesize complex carve-out and integration conflicts. Showcase adaptability to new challenges and evolving ideas, coupled with excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Maintain strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
