Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) team as an Assistant Manager within the EY-P S&E group, specializing in Operating Models and Transition Service Agreements (TSAs). Define, design, and implement business operations models aligned with client objectives. Develop and implement current state, Day 1, and target operating models. Uncover key insights into business entanglements and Day 1 dispositions. Identify potential Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and provide significant insights into their scoping, drafting, and costing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and implementation of new service agreements. Demonstrate expertise in operating model transformation across various sectors, reviewing client SOPs, and identifying improvement areas. Build relationships with EY offices globally and understand regional practices. Assist in business development activities, including preparing client presentations and supporting proposals for new business opportunities.

A Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or computer science from a premier institute is required, along with 4-6 years of applicable industry or consulting experience. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including integration and separation post-transaction announcement, with a specialization in Operating Models and Transition Service Agreements (TSAs).

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with Generative AI tools like Copilot for research and analysis, along with experience leveraging AI for operating model documentation and TSA identification, is expected. The ability to apply prompt engineering techniques and perform human quality review to validate AI outputs is also crucial. Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirements.
