EY's Strategy and Transaction (SaT) team, specifically the Transaction Support and Execution (TSE) group, provides comprehensive, operationally focused support throughout the transaction lifecycle for both buyers and sellers. We cover a broad spectrum of operational aspects crucial for successful transactions.

Drive project execution with excellence in synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation. Cultivate relationships with EY offices globally, understanding regional practices. Ensure high user satisfaction with engagement processes and deliverables.

Support the execution of carve-out and integration plans, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and resolving integration challenges. Develop clear work products documenting engagement procedures against objectives. Lead client engagement teams in delivering TSE services to support key decision-makers in transaction strategy and value realization.

Provide project guidance and mentor TSE professionals. Conduct thorough industry, sector, and deal analysis to pinpoint optimal portfolio mixes and growth opportunities. Oversee timely performance reviews and professional development through effective feedback and training, leading by example.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including post-announcement business carve-outs, integrations, and cross-border M&A complexities. Possess robust financial analysis experience from pre- and post-deal transactions, effectively linking operational insights to P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet performance.

Develop in-depth sector and company analyses aligned with EY's Capital Agenda. Accurately identify risks and opportunities, and skillfully synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration challenges. Exhibit adaptability to new challenges and ideas, coupled with exceptional problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
