Lead M&A advisory services for Global SaT leaders within the EY GDS M&A Team. Drive client interactions, manage project delivery, and foster strong relationships with onshore PPEDs, SMs, and Ms. Oversee the complete M&A deal lifecycle, from origination to closure, including transaction screening, proposal development, pitch book creation, industry and precedent transaction research, valuation analysis, and Information Memorandum preparation. Develop and manage financial (M&A) models. Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 individuals, identifying and addressing their learning and development needs. Enhance client service quality by collaborating closely with clients and guiding team members to achieve service delivery excellence. Focus teams on critical priorities while managing multiple mid-sized projects and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with client needs. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and collaborate with project leaders to analyze resource needs and propose solutions for inter-location gaps. International travel for assignments may be required.

Possess strong experience in Transaction (M&A) Advisory or Corporate Finance. Demonstrated expertise in M&A research, pitch book creation, industry and company analysis, opportunity paper development, Information Memorandums, and financial modeling. Proficient in valuation principles and financial statement analysis. Exhibit strong financial research and analytical capabilities. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with research databases such as Capital IQ, One Source, Factiva, and Reuters is essential. Ability to efficiently source relevant information is key. Manage time effectively against budgets and provide regular progress updates. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and maintain an organized, structured approach to task completion. Foster a positive team spirit.
