As an Associate Manager in the EYP GDS Lead Advisory Team, you will deliver Transaction Advisory services to Global SaT leaders, spearheading client interactions and relationship management.

Key duties include managing the M&A or debt raise lifecycle, from deal origination to closure. This involves debt screening, proposal development, pitch book creation, and detailed financial analysis such as capital structure, industry research, credit memos, and shadow rating analysis. You will also lead and mentor a team of 2-3 individuals, focusing on their learning and development, and driving service delivery excellence. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and assigning team members based on skills and career goals are integral parts of this role.

We seek an Associate Manager with robust experience in Transactions (Debt Advisory) or Corporate Finance. A strong background in DCM or Fixed Income research is essential.

Proficiency in preparing capital structure analysis, lender presentations, industry research, credit analysis, and understanding debt market instruments and capital structures is required. Excellent financial research, analytical, and both written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Familiarity with research databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Loan Connector, and Reuters is expected. The ability to efficiently source information and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines is crucial. Proactive contribution to knowledge sharing and team spirit is highly valued.
