This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Manager with expertise in the M&A lifecycle, post-transaction business integration, and cross-border M&A. You will contribute to a leading firm, developing your career through diverse engagements and continuous learning.

Execute projects with a focus on synergy assessment, project management, and problem-solving. Foster strong relationships with global EY offices, ensuring high client satisfaction with our processes and deliverables.

Engage in business development activities, including client presentations. Support the execution of carve-out and integration plans, identifying areas for improvement and resolving complex issues.

Create comprehensive work products and manage engagement teams delivering TSE services. Provide guidance, mentor TSE professionals, and conduct performance reviews, leading by example.

Identify new business opportunities and assist senior leadership in developing proposals and securing new business.

We seek individuals with hands-on experience in the M&A lifecycle, including carve-out and integration of businesses post-transaction, and cross-border M&A. Experience within the Energy (Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities) or Manufacturing (Industrials, Automotive, Industrial Products) sectors is highly preferred.

Possess strong financial analysis skills derived from pre- and post-deal transactions, with the ability to connect detailed operational analysis to financial statements. Demonstrate insight into sector and company strategies, identifying risks and opportunities.

Exhibit a talent for adapting to new challenges and synthesizing approaches to complex integration conflicts. Excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside strong written and verbal communication.

Candidates must hold a Postgraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field from a premier institution, with 7-9 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. Willingness to undertake international travel is necessary.
