Lead impactful growth, market, and portfolio strategy engagements using a client-centric, results-oriented approach. Mentor and manage a team of 3-7 professionals on corporate strategy studies, fostering their development. Actively participate in business development by pursuing new opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Contribute to the growth of sector-focused practices across EY service lines, with specialization in a particular sector being a distinct advantage. Develop intellectual capital within your area of expertise and collaborate within case teams to solve complex, unstructured business challenges.

Demonstrated experience in managing and executing strategy consulting engagements, showcasing strong client management abilities and a track record of delivering strategic insights. Integrate AI and advanced analytics into client problem-solving across strategy, operations, growth, and transformation. Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, generate insights, and boost team productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and rigor. Proficiency with financial databases like CapIQ and Thomson is essential. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required, with exposure to tools such as Power BI and Alteryx, and working knowledge of VBA or Python being beneficial. A Master's degree is a prerequisite for this role.
