As an Assistant Manager in our EY-Parthenon Strategy team, you will empower clients to define and execute their growth and investment strategies. You'll leverage proprietary EY frameworks to guide clients in optimizing capital and assessing market opportunities, working with a diverse clientele including blue-chip corporations, multinational investors, and Private Equity firms.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a burgeoning service line within a prominent firm, driving impactful strategic initiatives for a varied client base across multiple industries.

Lead engagements focused on growth, market entry, and portfolio strategy, employing an "answer first" approach to deliver exceptional client value. Spearhead teams of 3-7 professionals in conducting comprehensive corporate strategy studies. Actively participate in business development, cultivating strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. Contribute to the development of sector-focused expertise across EY service lines, with specialization in a particular industry being a significant asset. Drive the creation of intellectual capital within your area of expertise and provide analytical solutions to complex, unstructured business challenges within case teams.

Demonstrate proven experience in managing and executing strategy consulting engagements, coupled with strong client relationship skills and the ability to deliver strategic insights. Integrate AI and advanced analytics into client problem-solving across strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives. Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, generate insights, and boost team productivity while maintaining high standards of quality. Proficiency with databases such as CapIQ and Thomson is essential. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required, with exposure to tools like Power BI and Alteryx, and working knowledge of VBA or Python being advantageous. A Master's degree is a prerequisite for this role.
