Lead client engagements, including strategy, commercial transformation, and operational improvement initiatives. Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and formulate actionable recommendations based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. Ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables while working closely with clients to understand their priorities and communicate findings. Effectively coordinate with geographically dispersed teams across Singapore, GDS India, and other ASEAN markets.

Contribute to a broad range of strategy and transformation engagements, such as market entry, go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, digital and AI transformation, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, and cost optimization. Lead, coach, and develop teams, providing constructive feedback and support. Aid in recruiting, onboarding, and learning initiatives to strengthen the Consumer Products and Retail capability within EY-Parthenon GDS India.

We are seeking an experienced strategy consulting professional with a Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA preferred) from a recognized institution. A minimum of six years of relevant professional experience, including significant time in a strategy consulting firm or similar environment, is required. Demonstrated experience within the Consumer Products and Retail sector is essential, along with a proven track record of leading substantial workstreams or client engagements.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial analysis skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presenting to senior stakeholders, are a must. Experience in managing and developing consulting teams, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse locations, functions, and cultures, is also necessary. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client and engagement needs is expected.
