Join EY-Parthenon as an Assistant Manager, specializing in AI Due Diligence and AI-first operating model redesign. You will play a crucial role in evaluating AI capabilities, technology platforms, and deal technology for clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions. Leveraging EY-Parthenon's expertise, you'll help clients assess AI strategy, optimize digital platforms, and unlock AI value across pre- and post-deal phases. This involves analyzing platform scalability, assessing risks, and supporting integration efforts.

This opportunity offers a chance to evaluate AI capabilities, digital platforms, and technology architecture during M&A transactions and operating model redesigns. You will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver impactful insights that guide investment decisions and drive significant value creation.

Conduct comprehensive AI due diligence and maturity assessments, evaluating enterprise AI strategy, technology architecture, data readiness, scalability, and integration. Assess AI/ML models, data pipelines, digital platforms, and cloud infrastructure to identify potential risks, synergies, and optimization opportunities. Lead technology platform evaluations in M&A contexts, including deal technology assessments, carve-out planning, TSA design, and Day 1 readiness. Spearhead AI Operating Model redesign strategy engagements, from current state analysis to framing AI strategy, identifying and prioritizing use cases, and developing future-state AI-first redesigns. Calculate the total cost of ownership and return on investment for AI and digital strategies. Present clear, business-relevant insights through client reports and presentations. Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on AI strategy, platform roadmaps, and integration priorities. Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze the impact of AI and digital platforms on business operations and transaction outcomes.

Demonstrate strong experience in technology due diligence and AI maturity assessments. Possess a solid background in digital/IT strategy or IT operating model redesign. Excel at translating complex technical findings into concise, commercially focused insights. Show a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, enterprise data platforms, cloud environments, and software architecture. Be familiar with AI governance, risk management, ethical AI, and regulatory considerations. Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership. An MBA or an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required. 3–6 years of experience in AI due diligence, technology platform assessments, product due diligence, M&A technology consulting, or AI strategy/IT operating model strategy engagements is essential.
