Lead strategic initiatives in the real estate, hospitality, and tourism sectors. Drive project workstreams, including feasibility studies, destination strategy, and growth planning. Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis, linking operational insights to financial statements.

Collaborate with EY MENA stakeholders, develop compelling proposals, and present findings to government clients. Manage change initiatives, foster stakeholder engagement, and drive adoption of new technologies. Coordinate multiple projects, analyze market opportunities, and recommend strategic alternatives.

Demonstrate strong project execution skills, including problem-solving and facilitation. Contribute innovative ideas and work productively within a team. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while adhering to compliance standards.

A Master's degree, preferably an MBA, in a field relevant to the Real Estate sector is required. A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related consulting field is essential.

Candidates should possess expertise in market research, strategy development, and financial analysis. Experience with Highest and Best Use analysis and Go-To-Market strategies is highly valued. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must.

Prior experience in business analysis, consulting, and client management within RHT projects is preferred. The ability to apply strategy consulting toolkits, including storyboarding and financial modeling, is crucial for success in this role.
