Join EY-Parthenon as an Associate Manager, contributing to client growth and investment strategies. This role involves evaluating potential transactions and optimizing capital strategies, serving a diverse client base including blue-chip corporations, multinational investors, and Private Equity firms. You'll work with proprietary frameworks to develop market entry strategies and conduct strategic portfolio reviews.

Spearhead strategy consulting engagements, delivering insights on growth, market dynamics, and portfolio optimization for corporate clients.

Lead and mentor teams of 3-7 professionals in executing corporate strategy studies.

Drive business development by pursuing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Contribute to building sector-focused practices across EY service lines, with specialization being a distinct advantage.

Develop intellectual capital within your area of expertise and provide solutions to complex, unstructured business challenges within case teams.

Demonstrated experience in managing and executing strategy consulting engagements, with strong client interaction skills and strategic insight delivery.

Integrate AI and advanced analytics into client problem-solving across strategy, operations, growth, and transformation initiatives.

Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, generate insights, and improve team productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and rigor.

Familiarity with financial databases such as CapIQ and Thomson.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to tools like Power BI and Alteryx, along with working knowledge of VBA or Python, is advantageous.

A Master's degree is required for this role.
