Spearhead end-to-end survey execution, from programming and testing to fieldwork monitoring and reporting. Develop sophisticated surveys using Qualtrics and other platforms, incorporating advanced logic, quotas, and randomization. Manage data cleaning, coding of open-ended responses, and rigorous quality assurance checks. Support consulting and diligence teams by conducting customer research, market studies, and primary research initiatives. Synthesize survey findings into compelling client-ready presentations and reports, utilizing tools like PowerPoint and SlideKick. Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, project managers, and research teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting best practices in survey programming and quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Survey CoE.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in survey research, market research, customer insights, or related fields. Proven hands-on expertise in Qualtrics survey programming, survey scripting, and questionnaire logic design. Solid understanding of data processing, coding, quality assurance, and survey analytics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in presentation automation tools like SlideKick. Strong grasp of quantitative research methodologies and survey best practices. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
