Lead commercial diligence and growth strategy engagements for private equity and corporate clients using an "answer-first" methodology.

Independently manage key diligence workstreams, including market analysis, growth projections, competitive landscapes, and target positioning.

Drive day-to-day execution, develop hypotheses, structure analyses, and mentor junior team members to deliver client-ready recommendations.

Conduct in-depth market assessments within the Education sector, identifying growth drivers, financial dynamics, competition, and investment risks.

Analyze transaction rationale to pinpoint critical business issues and value creation opportunities.

Support business development, client relationship strengthening, and contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership within the Education practice.

Possess 5-7 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Commercial Due Diligence, or Transaction Strategy, preferably with leading consulting firms.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Education markets, business models, and experience with buy-side/sell-side diligence engagements.

Proven ability to independently manage workstreams, supervise junior staff, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Exhibit robust commercial acumen to assess industries, markets, competitors, and value chains for investment insights.

Be comfortable operating within fast-paced private equity timelines, structuring problems, managing stakeholders, and translating analysis into actionable investment recommendations.
