As a wavespace Facilitator, you will collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders across wavespace, the wider EY network, and external clients to develop and deliver premier innovation experiences grounded in robust design thinking principles.

Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to the design strategy for multiple client sessions. - Managing and executing client experiences effectively. - Cultivating a secure environment that encourages participation and input before, during, and after sessions. - Demonstrating emotional intelligence and a keen understanding of dynamics like energy, flow, and inspiration. - Employing advanced listening skills and adeptly navigating challenging discussions and diverse viewpoints. - Sharing accountability and influence to empower team members to contribute to and shape client experiences. - Serving as a vital liaison between the Experience Leader/Manager and other experience team members. - Comprehending session objectives and how the session's design will achieve them. - Coordinating all session logistics and resources, ensuring seamless execution, functional technology, planned activities, and available materials. - Training emerging facilitators within the wavespace network.

Essential qualifications include: - Proven experience and confidence in facilitation. - Familiarity with the design thinking methodology. - Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver impactful innovation sessions. - Strong creative problem-solving capabilities. - Aptitude for navigating complex situations in real-time. - Prior consulting experience. - A minimum of 8 years of experience conducting design thinking workshops and facilitation.
