This position is based in Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and is ideal for professionals seeking to provide practical risk management and internal audit solutions while gaining diverse client experience.

Execute comprehensive internal audits, from planning to reporting, including process understanding, risk and control assessments, and control effectiveness testing. Develop a deep understanding of industry risks, business processes, and adhere to Internal Audit methodology and IIA requirements.

Manage engagements to meet time, cost, and quality standards, identifying areas for client business process improvement and delivering actionable recommendations. Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and lead identification. Maintain compliance with firm policies, manage multiple assignments, and foster strong client relationships.

Mentor junior team members, guide their career growth, and manage engagement budgets. Support superiors in developing marketing materials, business proposals, and new solution methodologies.

A Bachelor's degree or a relevant professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIA is required. You should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management. A valid passport is necessary for global mobility.
