As a Manager in our Risk Consulting Process & Controls team, you'll support client engagements focused on Risk Management, Internal Audit, and GRC solutions across the MENA region. You will collaborate with diverse clients and internal Consulting teams, gaining invaluable experience in a leading firm and driving the expansion of our service offerings.

This role involves leading and executing internal audit and risk consulting engagements for EY clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing client engagements to meet client and onsite team expectations. - Interacting with all levels of management, including C-Suite executives. - Conducting end-to-end internal audits, from planning and risk assessment to control testing and reporting. - Developing insightful recommendations to enhance client business processes. - Contributing to business development by preparing proposals and identifying leads. - Adhering strictly to the firm's quality and risk management policies. - Managing multiple assignments and project teams effectively. - Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication. - Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their career development.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree or a relevant professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIA. - Substantial experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management. - A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience. - Exceptional command of spoken and written English. - Global mobility and flexibility to travel to onsite locations with short notice. - Highly analytical, organized, and meticulous consulting skills. - Demonstrated strong project management abilities and a talent for inspiring teamwork. - The capacity to multitask effectively, perform well under pressure, and deliver under tight deadlines. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and data analysis tools.
