Execute internal audit and risk consulting engagements specifically for energy companies. This involves assisting clients and onsite teams, performing end-to-end internal audits from planning to reporting, including process understanding, risk and control assessments, and issue resolution. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas upstream industry risks, business processes, and internal audit methodologies to deliver high-quality engagements on time and within budget. Additionally, identify key areas for process improvement, contribute to business development activities, and manage multiple assignments while maintaining strong client relationships.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering with an Oil & Gas specialization, or a relevant professional qualification like CA, ACCA, or CIA is required. PMP certification is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management within the Oil & Gas upstream sector is essential. Experience leading risk-based internal audits across upstream operations, including drilling, rig management, production, HSE, and supply chain, is crucial. A strong understanding of key upstream business processes and operational controls, including PSM, HSE, Well Integrity, and relevant industry standards (API, IADC, ISO 55000, OSHA PSM), is expected. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is necessary. A valid passport for international travel is also a requirement.
