Execute internal audit and risk consulting engagements for Real Estate and Construction companies. This includes coordinating with onsite teams, interacting with client stakeholders, performing end-to-end internal audits, and applying sector-specific knowledge. You will review project delivery lifecycles, governance, and capital project business cases, including cost estimation, engineering, and procurement practices. Analyze project plans, contracts, and schedules while identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting business development activities.

We seek experienced professionals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, holding 3-5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management, ideally within the Real Estate, Construction, or Capital Projects sectors. Essential skills include strong analytical, organizational, and consulting abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and excellent English communication. Global mobility and a willingness to travel internationally are required, along with a valid passport.
