Execute internal audit and risk consulting engagements for real estate and construction clients. Coordinate with onsite teams, interact professionally with stakeholders, and perform end-to-end audit activities including process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and report preparation. Apply expertise in capital project lifecycles, governance, cost estimation, procurement, and project controls. Analyze project documentation, identify process improvements, and support business development activities. Manage multiple tasks, maintain strong communication, and guide junior team members.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required. Candidates need 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management, with a preference for the Real Estate, Construction, or Capital Projects sectors. Experience in cost estimation, engineering reviews, procurement, or project controls is essential. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and consulting skills, the ability to manage workstreams effectively, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines. Fluency in English, global mobility, and a valid passport are necessary.
