Lead and execute internal audit and risk consulting engagements for Real Estate and Construction companies. Responsibilities include planning, walkthroughs, risk/control matrix development, control testing, and reporting. You will interact with C-suite executives, gain in-depth understanding of industry risks and business processes, and assess capital project business cases. Key duties involve reviewing project delivery lifecycles, cost estimating, procurement, contract practices, and project control principles. You will analyze project documentation, resource plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagements. Additionally, contribute to business development, comply with firm policies, manage multiple assignments, and mentor junior team members.

We seek experienced professionals with a minimum of 8 years in Internal Audit/Risk Management, specifically within the Real Estate, Construction, or Capital Projects sectors. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required. Essential skills include exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written), global mobility, strong analytical and project management abilities, and proficiency in MS-Office Suite. Experience in leading cost estimation, engineering reviews, procurement, and project controls audits is crucial.
