EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven automation solutions. This role involves hands-on engineering to build scalable AI workflows, leveraging generative AI and intelligent automation to accelerate enterprise and client projects. You will collaborate with diverse teams to integrate production-grade AI use cases across application security, offensive security, and various enterprise workflows using modern AI tools and LLM frameworks.

Develop and deploy AI-driven automation workflows using LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools. Integrate AI-powered solutions into enterprise pipelines, including CI/CD and cloud environments. Automate tasks such as code generation, testing, vulnerability analysis, and documentation. Utilize generative AI tools like OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot to enhance engineering productivity. Develop and support RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and evaluation datasets. Contribute to AI harness frameworks and benchmarking models. Implement agentic workflows using modern frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen. Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design and implementation. Ensure secure coding practices and integrate DevSecOps into AI solution delivery. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful automation outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI solution delivery. Must possess hands-on experience with generative AI tools and automation frameworks. Proficiency in Python is mandatory, with exposure to JavaScript or other scripting languages. Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as OpenAI Codex, Copilot, Claude, or Cursor is essential. Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen is required. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar) is necessary. Basic understanding of data ingestion, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows is expected. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital for working with global teams in a fast-paced consulting environment, coupled with a continuous learning mindset for emerging AI trends.
